Levels 1 and 2 start by gently combining the teaching (grammar rules) and the grammar practice portions (exercises and review) into a single book. Levels 3 through 8 each include two books, which are the Student Manual and a Student Workbook. The Student Manual incorporates all of the grammar rules and usage, while the Student Workbook is consumable and incorporates the grammar practice (exercises and review). This makes the program ideal for any setting where the teacher is promoting independent study.
